Research

AgAttack serves the agriculture industry. We develop innovative solutions to industry problems. We offer standard products as well as customized solutions. Our standard products dispense beneficial organisms for pest control. The dispensers can apply insect eggs, larvae, pupa, parasitized eggs, or predatory mites to crop canopies, either indoors or outside. Each dispenser is designed to treat specific crop canopies, such as row crops, trees/vines and greenhouse plants.

Our products and services were developed at one of the leading agricultural universities in the United States: the University of California – Davis. Scientists and researchers from UC-Davis have proven the efficacy of the underlying technology used in all of the AgAttack products and services.

Special Tribute and Dedication

We would like to make a special tribute and dedicate this site to the memory of Howard Sward. Howard was a farmer. He died at age 86 in 2001. He was the father-in-law of the founder of AgAttack (Warren Sargent) and father of Janet (Warren's wife). Warren always said that Howard treated him as a son, rather than a son-in-law. Howard encouraged Warren to continue AgAttack product development even when sales did not materialize. AgAttack uses the Sward family farm for equipment testing, as well as Howard's old tractors (1959 +/- Ford and Massey-Ferguson). Howard paid for a booth at the company's first trade show, as he believed that these tools would be of interest and use to growers. Warren is also grateful that Howard modeled the trait of loyalty, which Warren said that he (Warren) needed to learn. While we miss Howard, we know that he is in heaven because of his relationship with Jesus Christ.
