Warranty service
We guarantee our products to work as described and warranty the system
components (motors, computers, etc.) for one year.
Product upgrade service
We provide upgrade services for those customers that desire to
receive the benefits of the latest technological developments in
their products.
Calculations and Specifications
You need to know how much carrier material to use with each of our products.
This is referred to as the "quantity of vermiculite" used because most
of our customers use vermiculite as the carrier material. If you use corn
grit or other product, the quantities indicated here will be close, but not
exactly what you need. You will need to calibrate the metering plate to
determine the differences.
You may decide to change the metering plate used in your equipment and will
then need to know the formulas we have used to calculate the quantity of
vermiculite that your modified equipment will use. Click on
